LIM cancellation requests must be submitted in writing within two working days of submitting your application. If received within this timeframe, a 50% refund will apply, with the remaining 50% retained as a cancellation fee.
You will need to include a copy of the current record of title(s) which must be less than three months old and sourced directly from Land Information New Zealand (LINZ). Historical or out of date titles will not be accepted.
