Public notice of application for a renewal of an on-licence

Section 101, Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012

Boran Limited, 151 Redvale Road, RD 1, Redwood Valley 7081, has made application to the District Licensing Committee at Richmond for the renewal of an on-licence with variation of conditions in respect of the premises situated at 13 McGlashen Avenue, Richmond known as Crispy ‘n Sip.

The general nature of the business conducted under the licence is that of a licensed restaurant.

The days on which and the hours during which alcohol is sold under the licence are:

Monday to Saturday 11.30am to 2.00pm

Monday to Saturday 4.30pm to 9.00pm

The applicant has applied to vary the conditions of the current licensing hours to:

Tuesday to Sunday 11.30am to 3.00pm

Tuesday to Sunday 5.00pm to 9.00pm

The application may be inspected during ordinary office hours at the office of the Tasman District Licensing Committee at 189 Queen Street, Richmond.

Any person who is entitled to object and who wishes to object to the issue of the licence may, not later than 25 working days after the date of the publication of this notice, file a notice in writing of the objection with the Secretary of the District Licensing Committee at Tasman District Council, Private Bag 4, Richmond 7050.

No objection to the renewal of a licence may be made in relation to a matter other than a matter specified in section 131 of the Sale and Supply of Alcohol Act 2012.

Objections
