The Prequal Questionnaire is designed to provide the Council with examples of how the businesses health and Safety system will be applied to manage risks from work, this may include recent risk assessments and safe work procedures, examples of site-specific health and safety management plans and other relevant examples.

Required reading

As part of the application process, we require all contractors who work with us to read our guide.
